Pet Policy
Pet-friendly living that feels easy from the first walk. At FLATZ 480, your pet has space to settle in without the usual size or breed fine print—just a clear two-pet limit and a simple PetScreening profile during the application process. Start the day with a stroll through the gated community, let your dog stretch out at the on-site dog parks, then head back to an apartment built for everyday cleanups with vinyl plank flooring, in-home laundry, and a balcony or patio for fresh air.

Dogs & Cats Welcome
FLATZ 480 is a pet‑friendly community! There is no weight limit or breed restrictions, but we do have a maximum of two (2) pets per home. We use a service called PetScreening for all of our residents to complete a pet profile, a “no‑pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance or service animal. PetScreening is a part of the application process for all of our residents.
